Balance
BODY SOLUTIONS’ Classes are much more than 60-minutes of interval training. It's a formalized program designed to balance levels of aerobic and strength training specifically designed to torch calories and tone muscles.
Personal Attention
Our classes are better categorized as ‘group personal training’, as the maximum size is 8 participants. By keeping our classes small, it allows us to ensure all movements are done properly in order to produce maximum benefits while keeping everyone safe.
Variety
All classes are taught by our top-tier personal trainers and feature circuit-training style format. No two classes are ever the same, and we pride ourselves on mixing exercises from a variety of disciplines including: spinning, boxing, pilates, yoga, free weights and cardio.
Convenience
Classes are scheduled throughout the week to better fit your schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday at 7 Pm
- Tuesday Thursday at 6 Pm
- Saturday at 9 Am
